Emergency Response Agreement    
Emergency Planning Because of the proper planning and provisions from our local governments we all know who we would call if our home or office caught fire - 911, of course. Because of public education we all know what we would do if we heard the tornado sirens sounding - go to the lowest level of the structure in a secure, inside room. Unfortunately, very few of us have any idea what we would do if our home or office flooded. Flooding caused by water leaks is a disaster far more common than fires or tornados, yet many people choose to not be prepared.
